Changing your mind

You can cancel and return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the items back within a further 14 days. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Items that can’t be returned

You can’t return items that were personalised or made to your specification, or sealed items that have been unsealed and can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email hello@crafo.co.uk with a photo and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually PayPal, within 14 days of us receiving your return or agreeing the item is faulty.

Where to send returns

Because items ship from our suppliers, the return address can differ. Please contact us before sending anything back and we’ll give you the correct return address. Unless the item is faulty or wrong, you pay the cost of sending it back.
